1. Services Provided
Daria Koso Inc provides professional photography services, educational workshops, and related creative services. The specific details, deliverables, and fees for any session or workshop will be outlined in a separate Booking Agreement or Invoice provided at the time of purchase.
2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
- Bookings: A session or workshop spot is not reserved until the required deposit or retainer is paid.
- Payments: We use secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
- Cancellations & Refunds:
- Photography Sessions: Deposits are non-refundable to hold your date. Specific cancellation terms regarding rescheduling are governed by your individual Booking Agreement.
- Workshops: Workshop tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to another attendee with prior written approval, subject to our discretion.
3. Artistic Style & Discretion
You acknowledge that you are familiar with the Photographer’s portfolio and are requesting services with knowledge of the Photographer’s specific artistic style, color palette, and composition.
- Creative Control: The Photographer reserves the right to edit images in their own artistic discretion.
- Deliverables: We may not provide all unedited (RAW) images unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Retouching: We are not required to perform specific “retouching” or “photoshop” requests (e.g., body shaping, changing backgrounds, extensive skin smoothing) unless agreed upon in writing prior to the session. Acceptance of any additional retouching requests after the session is at our sole discretion and may incur additional fees.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You strictly agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, servers, or user data.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to scrape or copy Site content without our permission.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Site Content: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and specifically all photographs and images, is the property of Daria Koso Inc and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
- No Unauthorized Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from our Site without express written permission. You are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots or downloading images from the portfolio for commercial use or personal display without a license.
6. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms (10DLC Compliance)
By subscribing to Daria Koso Inc mobile messages, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Description: We may send you text messages regarding booking confirmations, appointment reminders, workshop updates, and occasional marketing offers (e.g., travel dates or seasonal specials).
- Consent: You consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile provider for details.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text the single keyword STOP to the number you received a message from. We will send you a confirmation message to verify you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

For photography services, our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service, as detailed in your specific Booking Agreement. We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including acts of God, weather, or equipment failure.
